The role also involves answering phones, assisting with customer service, and performing other office tasks. Expect loss prevention duties, fronting/facing, and keeping the department tidy, with a focus on knowledgeable customer replies.

• Customer service experience preferred for handling phones and inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Enter purchase orders and forward to suppliers.
• Reconciling purchase order confirmations.
• Communicate with Warehouse staff on shipments.
• Resolve purchase order discrepancies.
• Answer phones and assist with customer service as needed.
• Help with other office duties and loss prevention.
• Fronting and facing; keep the department clean.
• Provide knowledgeable and courteous answers to customers.
