Discountbuilderssupplysf is seeking a Data Entry/Customer Service Associate in a front end/store setting. Duties include entering purchase orders, forwarding to suppliers, reconciling confirmations, and coordinating with Warehouse on shipments.

The role also involves answering phones, assisting with customer service, and performing other office tasks. Expect loss prevention duties, fronting/facing, and keeping the department tidy, with a focus on knowledgeable customer replies.

POSITION SUMMARY

Department: Front End/Customer Service

Reports To: Customer Service Manager/Store Manager

Salary / Pay Rate: $19.00 - $23.00 /hr

The Data Entry/Customer Service Associate Role is responsible for all phases of the Data Entry Department including, but not limited to entering purchase orders, forwarding to suppliers, and reconciling the conformations. Communicating with the Warehouse staff on shipments. Resolving purchase order discrepancies. Answering phones. Assist with customer service when needed. Help with other office duties. Loss prevention. Fronting and facing. Keeping a clean department. And providing knowledgeable and courteous answers to our customers.

Required:

• Must be able to multitask while being fast, accurate, and efficient.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
