Job summary

ICU Medical is seeking a detail-oriented coordinator to manage oracle data transactions for product release from sterilization to distribution. The role focuses on accurate data entry for component lots and scrap entries tied to work orders.

Candidates should have strong Excel/Word/Outlook skills and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma; Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the medical device industry or related data entry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Oracle experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process Oracle data transactions for product release from sterilization.
• Conduct all product-related manual Oracle transactions (component lot # and scrap entries) for Keene production lines.
• Label printing activities when required.
• Perform responsibilities according to applicable laws, regulations and standards, and company procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
