Job summary

ICU Medical is seeking a detail-oriented Oracle transactions coordinator to support product release from sterilization through distribution. The role includes in-process data entry for component lot numbers and scrap transactions for work order closeouts, with responsibility for accurate record-keeping and traceability across Keene production lines.

You will perform label printing when required and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience with data entry and Oracle transactions.
• Knowledge of sterilization processes for medical devices is preferred.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate oracle data transactions for product release from sterilization.
• Conduct manual oracle transactions for component lots and scrap entries on Keene production lines.
• Print labels when required and manage documentation per procedures.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
