Mucci Farms Inc. in Romulus, MI is seeking a Data Entry Clerk for a full-time, permanent role.

The position requires recording time studies for the Repack team, entering data into the Famous system, and accurately documenting information on paper as needed. You will create appropriate tags for produce on pallets, including size, quantity, and country of origin, and you’ll verify input and output tags for discrepancies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Clear written and verbal English communication.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (Word/Excel).
• Knowledge of Famous or similar software is an asset.
• Strong understanding of production needs in produce industry preferred.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to influence those that are not direct reports.
• Attention to detail and timely data input.
• Cross-functional coordination with departments.

Responsibilities

• Record time studies of completed jobs by the Repack team.
• Enter data into the Famous system and record it on paper accurately.
• Create tags for produce on pallets with size, quantity, origin, etc.
• Check and verify input/output tags for discrepancies.
• Attend meetings to discuss production issues and updates.
• Assist Production Supervisors and Line Coordinators with daily admin duties.
• Assist Inventory Control and other departments as needed.
• Perform other clerical duties as instructed by Production Supervisors.
• Tag output and clean up paperwork; verify label sheets.
