Job summary

Veterans Inc. is seeking a Data Entry Clerk in Worcester, MA to support data entry systems, update client records, and ensure accuracy for grant reporting.

You will collaborate with regional case managers to enter progress notes in HMIS and maintain meticulous documentation to support confidentiality and compliance. The role requires an associate degree and the ability to pass a CORI background check; vaccination policy compliance is required with exemptions considered.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Must be able to pass CORI background check.
• Compliance with Veterans Inc. COVID-19 Vaccination Policy; exemptions considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data entry systems and documentation.
• Enter client data and progress notes into HMIS.
• Review documentation for quality assurance and grant recordkeeping.
• Verify accuracy of data and assign codes for new orders.
• Maintain clear data documentation and data storage folders.
• Review and document data in Data Drive and email correspondence.
• Ensure confidentiality according to policy and grant programs.
• Attend Veterans Inc. and external meetings as required.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and staff.
