Job summary

Seacoast Pathology Inc in Exeter, NH, is seeking a data entry-oriented professional for the 2nd shift in Laboratory Operations. This full-time role involves preparing and sorting patient requisitions, entering data into our information system, and ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You'll work Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–9:30 PM, 40 hours weekly, with competitive benefits and opportunities to grow within a supportive healthcare team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six (6) months data entry and/or laboratory experience is preferred.
• Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and sort patient requisitions and enter data into the information system.
• Research missing patient insurance information and contact physicians' offices for demographics or coverage.
• Enter data from requisitions and insurance cards into the system according to the on-screen format.
• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.
