Job summary

Comtech LLC in Georgetown, DE is seeking a detail-oriented data entry clerk to support Stockley Center by scanning and entering residents' medical, residential, activities and demographic information into the Stockley Client Data Management System (CDMS).

This on-site role requires strong typing, accuracy, organization, familiarity with medical terminology, and ability to work with HIM staff to ensure records are properly transferred, stored, and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Scan and enter residents' medical, residential, activities and ancillary documentation into the Stockley CDMS.
• Handle residents' files and ensure records are transferred and stored properly.
• Work with Stockley Center H.I.M. staff to understand the data entry process and how to transfer records into the CDMS.
• Ensure residents paperwork, reports and charts are completed correctly and efficiently through self-monitoring checks and balances and address any data entry record errors.
• Familiarize with policies and procedures of record keeping.
