City of Texarkan seeks a Records Clerk to support Central Records and Communications. You will enter, verify, and manage police records across NCIC/ACIC/TCIC databases, process warrants, and perform quality control on information received from law enforcement personnel.
The role requires high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of data entry experience, with attention to confidentiality and accuracy. Shift work, background check, and drug screening apply.
Assists in the management and quality of the information entered into the Records Management System and NCIC, providing administrative support and assisting in the administration of the standard operating policies and procedures of Central Records and Communications.
Works under the direct supervision of the Law Enforcement Records Manager and broad supervision of the Central Records and Communications Manager.

Performs other duties as required and assigned by the Law Enforcement Records Manager and/or the Central Records & Communications Manager.
Operates standard office equipment including but not limited to, desktop computer, multi-line telephone, shredder, copier/facsimile/printer, desktop scanner.
