You will verify customer and billing information, ensure correct order data, and input all work orders while maintaining professional communication with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Proficient typing skills.
• Must be able to perform work with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Verifies customer information and billing information.
• Establish correct information in preparing orders, billing, and correct documents.
• Inputs all work orders into the system.
• Researches discrepancies in work orders and finds solutions.
• Follows policies and procedures to provide organizational support.
• Communicates professionally with internal and external customers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
