Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk for our Digital Solutions team in West Columbia, SC. The role focuses on accurately capturing and verifying high-volume client tax data while upholding strict confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

You will meet tight deadlines, maintain data quality, and comply with client rules and ITAR requirements. On-site hours are Monday–Friday with potential overtime, supporting a dynamic information-management environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in high-volume data entry or a similar high-speed environment.
• Keystroke accuracy of 98%+ with high input speeds (e.g., 10,000 KPH).
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage workloads under deadlines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• US Persons eligibility for ITAR access; only US Persons considered for this level clearance.

Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our Digital Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately capturing and verifying high-volume client tax data at speed and maintaining the strictest confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

• Accurately capture and verify a high volume of alpha-numeric data from source images into the system.
• Collaborate with team leads to maintain and exceed department standards for quality and productivity under strict deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with various client rule sets for data capture and internal policies regarding data security and client confidentiality.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

• 1+ years of experience in high-volume data entry or a similar high-speed environment.
• Strong knowledge of maintaining a keystroke accuracy of 98% or better while achieving high input speeds (e.g., 10,000 KPH minimum).
• Proven ability in meticulous attention to detail and effectively managing workloads in a pressure-filled, deadline-driven environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants selected for this position must meet eligibility requirements for access to customer information regulated by the ITAR. Only US Persons are eligible for this level clearance, hence for this position, Iron Mountain will consider only US Persons.

What We Offer (Benefits)

• Salary Details: $16.00/hr
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with potential for required overtime, including Saturdays.
• Location: 3245 Platt Springs Road, West Columbia, SC (This is an on-site position).
• Paid time off/ holidays: 2 Weeks Paid Vacation, 7 Paid Holidays + Sick Pay.
