Job summary

Revvity is seeking a Data Entry Clerk, Manufacturing to support production orders and labeling for QC samples and bulks in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with Manufacturing to streamline processes, and ensure accuracy in batch records and ERP data entry.

The role involves maintaining inventories, generating reports, and assisting inventory and planning teams with re-testing and administrative tasks. A strong data entry background and ERP familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or GED) with 6 months of data entry experience.
• Associates degree in a science or related field.
• Biotechnology certificate.
• Experience with Navision NAV or other ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter relevant manufacturing data into ERP systems to help complete production orders, and create production labels.
• Review, verify, and scan batch records.
• Assist manufacturing teams with a variety of administrative tasks.
• Generate weekly and daily electronic reports.
• File and maintain data printouts.
• Maintain sample and controls inventories.
• Perform job duties under ISO requirements and follow SOPs and/or work instructions.
• Other projects or responsibilities as required.

Job description

Job Summary

The Data Entry Clerk, Manufacturing at BioLegend will work closely with all of the Manufacturing teams to understand and streamline Manufacturing production processes. This position will be responsible for processing production orders, creating labels for Quality Control (QC) samples and bulks made by the Manufacturing teams, working closely with inventory controllers to create Bin locations for purified and conjugated bulks and maintaining their accuracy, and reviewing, verifying, and scanning/attaching batch records into Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This position will also be responsible for helping the Inventory and Planning teams to resubmit re-test samples and will perform other duties as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications – Education And Experience

• Prior hands‑on experience with Microsoft Navision System (NAV) or other ERP systems
• Some academic or industry laboratory experience
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes

Compensation

The base salary range for this full-time position is $18.50 - $24.75/hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Please note that base pay is only one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This range allows for the successful candidate to have an opportunity to progress within the position and develop at our company. This base pay range does not take into account bonuses, equity, or other benefits which may be applicable and are dependent on the level and position offered.
