ManpowerGroup in Pontiac, MI, seeks a Data Entry Clerk to support the Logistics team on the 2nd shift (2:00pm–10:30pm) on-site at our facility. The role requires accurate data entry, proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office, and a strong work ethic in a team environment.
You will enter customer part numbers, process shipping documents, dispatch orders, and perform quality checks using company systems and tools. Overtime may be required as needed to meet business demands.
Location: Pontiac, Michigan (must report on-site to facility)
Our client, Large Logistic supply chain is seeking a 2nd shift Data Entry Clerk to join their team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be part of the office team supporting the Logistics department. The ideal candidate will have Data entry experience using Excel, Logistics experience, and strong work ethic and ability to work well with a team which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Data Entry Clerk
Pay Range: $18.90/hr
1 - 2nd shift 2:00pm-10:30pm
Mandatory overtime on weekends as needed (Times may adjust based on business needs)
Enter customer part numbers, supplier information and other data into customer inventory management system with 100% accuracy
Data entry administrative functions in established computer programs
Process shipping and receiving documents and input information from the bill of lading
Dispatch orders and provide tags for customer part selection
Process claims for misdirected parts and use the customer system to update claim information
Conduct quality control checks for supplier compliance
Be able to use a computer
proficient with the 10-key function on the keyboard
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends
Clerical or data entry experience
Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel is a must
Logistics experience required
Ability to be hired into a large supply chain company
