Blount Fine Foods in Fall River, MA is seeking a production team member to support our fast-paced operations. You will review HACCP paperwork, record process steps, and help set up packaging lines.

Must have a high school diploma or GED; prior experience is optional. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health benefits, 401k with match, PTO, and opportunities for growth.

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify dept HACCP paperwork.
• Register and record key process steps; from start to finish of batch.
• Assist w/ Pack out line set-up.
• Enter all recipes into the Production database systems.
• Identify departmental yield and bottleneck issues; communicate w/ Lead, Coordinator.
• Production Support as needed.
• Radio Frequency (RF) usage.

Summary

This position requires an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a "can do attitude", and the ability to follow procedures. Person must be detailed and team oriented.
