Job summary

Blount Fine Foods Corp. in McKinney, TX, seeks an Inventory Coordinator to oversee the movement of raw materials and ensure daily inventory accuracy for the warehouse.

You will guide the inventory team, verify ingredient deliveries and returns, and uphold allergen handling guidelines while maintaining system lot numbers.

This full-time role runs 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM, with potential weekend shifts based on business needs, and offers benefits including medical, 401k, and paid time off.

Qualifications

  • Six months to one-year related inventory experience.
  • Food manufacturing experience preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Guide, train, and lead the inventory team to ensure accurate and timely processing of ingredients.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy within the department.
  • Verify ingredients delivered to and returned from the prep area.
  • Record inventory transactions throughout the shift.
  • Ensure allergen guidelines are followed and containment of ingredients.
  • Maintain accurate lot numbers and movements in the system.
  • Lead with a positive work environment.

HOURS ARE 5AM - 3:30PM

The pay range for this position is $20.50 to $21.01. Please note that weekends may be required based on business needs. This is a full-time position.

Summary:

Responsible for the coordination and verification of raw material movements to and from the warehouse, ensuring inventory accuracy to the day's needs during their designated shift.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for guiding, training, and leading the inventory team to ensure the accurate and timely processing of Division 7 manufacturing ingredients.
  • Responsible for inventory accuracy within the department.
  • Responsible for verifying ingredients delivered to and returned from the prep area.
  • Responsible for inventory transactions required throughout the shift.
  • Verify departmental Allergen guidelines are followed and ensure integrity of containment (IOC) of all ingredients throughout the material handling process.
  • Ensure the accuracy of lot numbers and movements in the system of materials.
  • Ability to lead, be a teacher, and create a positive work environment.
Education and/or Experience:
  • Six months to one-year related inventory experience
  • Food manufacturing experience preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent
