Job summary

Blount Fine Foods is seeking a production associate in Fall River, MA. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a “can do attitude,” and the ability to follow procedures.

The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and team oriented. Responsibilities include reviewing HACCP paperwork, recording key process steps from start to finish of each batch, assisting with pack-out line setup, and entering all recipes into the production database systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Assist w/ Pack out line set-up
• Enter all recipes into the Production database systems
• Identify departmental yield and bottleneck issues; communicate w/ Lead, Coordinator
