Paycom - ATS in Chehalis, WA is seeking a detail-oriented clerk to accurately enter clinic and surgery charges and process payments from insurance providers and patients. The role requires proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook, 10-key by touch, and excellent communication skills.

Full-time, 40 hours weekly, with typical Mon-Thurs 8–5 and Fri 8–1 shifts. Successful candidates will be dependable, production-oriented, able to work in a team, and flexible to department needs.

Salary Range: $24.22 - $25.37 Hourly

OBJECTIVE To accurately enter clinic and surgery charges and enter payments from insurance companies and patients in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining 100% accuracy.

Patient Finance Manager

STATUS

Full Time ( 40 hours per week)

SCHEDULE

Monday-Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. Hours may vary depending on department needs.
