Job summary

Flourish Research is hiring a Data Entry Manager to lead data entry operations at either Century City, CA or Denver, CO sites. The role focuses on managing data entry into CRFs and CDMS, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in data management with supervisory experience, strong EMR/EDC/CDMS proficiency, and excellent communication skills. Onsite work with competitive compensation and benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Medical Assisting, or related field; commensurate experience may be considered.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years supervisory experience within clinical data management.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and leadership to the data entry team in entering data into CRFs/CDMS.
• Serve as operational and technical lead and SME in the department.
• Drive accountability to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Escalate and troubleshoot complex data-entry/process issues.
• Ensure data-entry processes comply with GCP, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Review and resolve data discrepancies with CRCs and sponsors.
• Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing staff development.
• Prepare reports on team performance and incidents for senior leadership.
