Job summary

About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Data Entry Associate to join our growing team in Herndon, VA. In this role, you will support members by processing financial transactions, assisting with online and mobile banking services, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support while consistently meeting performance metrics, including call quality, efficiency, and accuracy.
• Accurately process a variety of member transactions, including payments, transfers, account maintenance, and new account services.
• Assist members with online banking, mobile banking, and other digital banking solutions.
• Develop trusted relationships with members through professional, courteous, and service-focused interactions.
• Begin by supporting payment processing and expand responsibilities as training progresses.
• Follow established policies, procedures, and compliance standards to ensure accurate transaction handling.
• Maintain operational security standards and help protect member information and assets from fraud and unauthorized activity.
• Document and enter information accurately while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Qualifications

Required

• At least 1 year of experience in data entry, customer service, administrative support, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency and experience working with multiple systems

Preferred

• Experience working in a banking, credit union, financial services, or call center environment
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking ability
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms

Work Schedule, Pay & Location

Location: Herndon, VA

Schedule: M-F 8:00 - 4:30

Pay: $21/hr

This is a Contract position based out of Herndon, VA.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
