Job summary

The Scruggs Company is seeking a Shop Clerk for our Waycross shop. This role involves entering data into our mainframe to produce reports and maintain accurate records for hours, equipment, and payables.

Qualifications

• 12 months of administration responsibilities.
• Proficient in data entry and basic office equipment handling.

Responsibilities

• Enter data into computer mainframe to generate reports.
• Call up appropriate program on the computer terminal to enter the source data.
• Key, edit, and update employee hours, equipment hours, daily totals.
• Key all payables.
• Run miscellaneous reports as requested.
• Contact individuals to obtain missing or unclear information on source documents.
• File departmental printouts for reference.
• Assist the manager with special projects or other needs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
