Job summary

EY is seeking a Data Engineering Manager to design and build AI and analytics solutions, collaborating with data professionals to align technical requirements with business needs. You will create scalable data architectures and support the entire data asset lifecycle.

You will lead cross-functional teams, engage clients, and drive delivery with a focus on quality, scalability, and measurable business impact. Travel may be required based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, ML, CS, Statistics, Math or related field.
• Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with scalable data solutions using Python, R and SQL; data pipelines and big data ecosystems.
• Cloud computing architecture and data architecture design and modelling.
• Data integration, data security, ontology design and software engineering principles.
• Data quality, database management, semantic layer, and building client relationships.
• Strong communication, impact, and hybrid collaboration skills; leading teams and managing change.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure quality across processes.
• Engage with clients daily, identify opportunities for additional services.
• Implement resource plans and budgets while managing engagement economics.
