Job summary

EY is seeking a data and analytics leader to design and build AI and analytics solutions that drive business value. You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure technical requirements align with business needs and to create scalable data architectures across the data asset lifecycle.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage client sessions, and balance resources and budgets while delivering high-quality work in a dynamic, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, ML, CS, stats or related field.
• Typically, 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience developing scalable data solutions using Python, R and SQL, with data engineering, pipelines, streaming architectures and big data ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Leading workstream delivery and ensuring quality in all processes.
• Engaging with clients daily, participating in sessions, identifying opportunities for additional services.
• Implementing resource plans and budgets while managing engagement economics.
