Universal Music Group is seeking a Senior Data Engineering Manager to lead the Global Data & Analytics teams, delivering enterprise-grade data products, semantic layers, and data marts that power decision-making and AI workloads.

You will guide platform design, governance, and performance optimization while partnering with Ecommerce, Product, Growth, and Finance to enable ML/AI use cases and feature stores.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data engineering with leadership in ecommerce/digital domains.
• Experience delivering AI-ready data platforms and ML/AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of data engineers delivering enterprise data products and AI-ready data assets.
• Design scalable data pipelines and architectures supporting analytics and AI workloads.
• Collaborate with ecommerce, product, finance, and data science stakeholders to enable AI use cases.
