You will translate established technology priorities into team goals, delivery plans, and operational processes while ensuring governance, security, and high data quality.

The role also involves collaborating across business and technology partners to enhance operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, systems integration, cloud platforms, or related technology discipline.
• Experience leading technical professionals and delivering complex data and integration solutions involving multiple stakeholders and systems.
• Experience applying technology, security, and governance standards.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design, development, implementation, and support of data engineering and integration solutions within the assigned area.
• Translate established technology priorities and architecture direction into team work plans, delivery schedules, and technical assignments.
• Improve processes and practices to support reliable, scalable, and efficient solutions.
• Make implementation decisions within approved architecture, and budget parameters.
