Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Data Engineer to take full ownership of data pipelines, modeling, and infrastructure that power our cyber risk analytics platform. You will work across cross-functional teams to ensure reliable data integration and scalable storage in a cloud-first environment.

The role emphasizes governance, security, and mentorship, with a remote-friendly setup that aligns with Eastern Time and distributed engineering across major US cities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven data engineering experience with hands-on expertise in data integration, data modeling, and ETL processes.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, cloud architectures, and modern data stack tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and storage.
• Partner with data scientists and analysts to design scalable data models for BI and analytics.
• Address bottlenecks, plan capacity, and optimize performance of cloud-based data systems.
• Establish and enforce data security policies and compliance standards.
