CVS Health is hiring a Data Engineer - People Analytics to design and maintain data pipelines and warehouse models for HR analytics. You will work with Workday data, payroll, and other sources to enable accurate reporting and insights for People and Workforce initiatives.

The role requires 3+ years in data engineering, SQL and Python, and experience with cloud data platforms and data warehousing. Strong collaboration with HR and IT is essential, with a focus on governance and security.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Data Engineering.
• 3+ years' experience with ETL/ELT processes and tools.
• 3+ years' experience with SQL and relational databases.
• 2+ years' experience programming in Python for data manipulation, automation, and analysis.
• 3+ years' experience with cloud platforms, prefer GCP (may consider Azure or AWS).
• 2+ years' experience with data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
• 2+ years' experience with scheduling tools like Airflow or Composer.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and manage robust data pipelines and ETL processes that integrate HR data from various systems.
• Develop and optimize data workflows to ensure data accuracy, quality, and availability for stakeholders.
• Oversee a team of data engineers, providing mentorship and guidance on best practices in data engineering.
