You will collaborate across HR and business units to ensure accurate data, scalable workflows, and timely insights, with leadership responsibilities for a team of data engineers.

The role emphasizes data governance, security, and the use of tools like Python, SQL, Airflow, and cloud services to enable reliable reporting and analytics for decision making.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Data Engineering.
• 3+ years' experience with ETL/ELT processes and tools.
• 3+ years' experience with SQL and relational databases.
• 2+ years' experience programming in Python for data manipulation, automation, and analysis.
• 3+ years' experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
• 2+ years' experience with data warehousing solutions (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
• 2+ years' experience with scheduling tools like Airflow or Composer.

Responsibilities

• Data Pipeline Management: Design, build, and manage robust data pipelines and ETL processes that integrate HR data from various systems.
• Data Engineering and Transformation: Develop and optimize data workflows for accuracy and availability.
• Technical Leadership: Oversee a team of data engineers with mentorship and best practices.
• Analytics & Reporting Support: Structure data for analysis and create reproducible workflows for reporting.
• Data Security and Compliance: Ensure governance and security per policies and regulations.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Partner with HR leaders and IT to fulfill requirements and insights.
