• 3+ years' experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
• 2+ years' experience with data warehousing (Snowflake/Redshift/BigQuery).
• 2+ years' experience with scheduling tools like Airflow or Composer.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage data pipelines and ETL processes that integrate HR data from Workday and other sources.
• Develop and optimize data workflows to ensure accuracy, quality, and availability for HR analytics.
• Oversee a team of data engineers, providing mentorship and guidance on best practices.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to structure data for analysis and reporting.
• Ensure data governance and security compliance for HR data.
