Job summary

Capgemini Newark, NJ is seeking a data engineering professional to design and maintain data pipelines, ensure data quality, and manage governance across EDM and MS Fabric. The role focuses on integrating market data feeds and implementing enterprise data architectures.

Candidates should have experience with EDM vendors, data pipelines, and data governance tools, while aligning with Capgemini’s standards and practices in a global technology environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience with market data feeds and asset management/financial services.
  • Proven ability to design and implement medallion architecture for enterprise data.
  • Familiarity with EDM providers (Gresham, Golden Source, RIMES, Bloomberg) and MS Fabric.
  • Ability to build data quality rules and data extracts from EDM vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build and maintain scalable data pipelines from EDM into MS Fabric for 3rd party feeds.
  • Ingest data feeds directly into MS Fabric when required by the business.
  • Create data validation and quality rules for data ingested into MS Fabric.
  • Leverage Purview or other governance tools to improve data governance.

Required Skills

Prior experience working with Market Data feeds and asset management industry or financial services experience.

Prior experience designing and implementing a medallion architecture for enterprise data.

Prior experience in Fabric and EDM (e.g. enterprise data management system, like Gresham, Golden Source, RIMES, Bloomberg) preferred.

Design, build and maintain data quality rules and data extracts from EDM vendor.

Design, build and maintain scalable data pipelines from EDM vendor into MS Fabric to support 3rd party market data feeds.

Note some data feeds may need to bypass the EDM vendor and be ingested directly into Prudential MS Fabric.

Design, build and maintain data validation and quality rules for data ingested into MS fabric.

Prior experience with Microsoft Purview or other data governance tool is a plus.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 80420 to 106050

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
