Job summary

EY is seeking a Technology Service Delivery Manager to join our US Service Delivery Center. You will lead end-to-end data architecture programs for enterprise-scale initiatives and guide teams through design, build, testing, and delivery of data solutions.

You will mentor engineers, establish governance standards, and champion data quality and security across engagements. Travel up to 30% and collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate technical direction into business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/IS or related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in data engineering, architecture and cloud data platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and enterprise data platforms.
• Strong ETL, streaming, and integration skills (Informatica, SnapLogic, Kafka).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end data architecture and roadmaps for enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Establish data modeling, metadata, lineage, governance, quality, and observability standards.
• Lead cross-team decisions, dependencies, and risk; escalate when needed.
• Influence senior stakeholders; translate technical direction into business terms.
• Mentor technical leaders and engineers; promote career growth.
• Define reusable standards and drive capability improvements across engagements.
• Apply data quality, security, testing, and automation standards.
