Job summary

Enterprise Fleet Management is seeking driven students for a Summer 2027 Data Engineer Internship. The program blends in-office and virtual work, with interns residing in the St. Louis area and coming onsite 1–2 times weekly for events and activities.

The 10-week schedule runs May 24, 2027 to July 30, 2027, requiring a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday. You will gain hands-on experience building Matillion ETL/ELT pipelines, Python file management flows, and Snowflake objects, while

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a student in computer science or a related IT field with a 3.0+ GPA.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must reside in the St. Louis area for the 10-week program with on-site requirements.
• Must have experience with data engineering and SQL/database concepts.
• Must be committed to security in daily responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development of Matillion pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
• Assist with development of Python file management flows.
• Assist with development of Snowflake database objects.
• Document business needs and review with IT team members.
• Adhere to security and privacy policies.
• Participate in acceptance testing and code reviews.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
