Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related technical field, and 2+ years of data/analytics engineering experience.
• Experience supporting data warehouse or data-focused projects involving ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, including extraction, transformation, cleansing, mapping, and migration.
• Experience designing, developing, and supporting production data pipelines and data integration solutions.
• Experience writing and optimizing SQL for data transformation and analytics workloads.
• Experience working with cloud-based data, analytics, or software platforms.
• Experience using source control and collaborative software development practices.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Availability for rotational on-call duties outside business hours may be required.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable data pipelines and integration solutions for analytics and reporting.
• Build and enhance enterprise data models and warehouse solutions to support self-service analytics and AI use cases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, and engineers to translate business requirements into reliable data products.
• Improve platform performance, reliability, and observability through optimization and automation.
• Lead problem-solving, including root-cause analysis and resolution of complex data issues.
• Contribute to engineering excellence through code reviews, architecture discussions, and documentation.
• Mentor other engineers and evaluate new technologies to improve data delivery capabilities.
