Job summary

Cox Automotive Corporate Services, LLC seeks a Sr. Lead Data Engineer to oversee data architecture, pipelines, and warehousing across on-premise and cloud environments. You will guide design standards, governance, and cross-functional collaboration with Product Management and engineering teams.

Lead development of scalable data schemas, manage automated data pipelines, and mentor teams to deliver timely, accurate data products while aligning with company strategy and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• 8 years defining data architecture and infrastructure roadmaps for scalable data platforms.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (RDS SQL Server, Azure SQL, DynamoDB).
• 3 years in CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based data processing (AWS/Azure).

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, deployment, and operation of data architecture and pipelines.
• Lead development of data products and warehousing infrastructure.
• Mentor engineering teams and govern design standards and QA processes.
