Job summary

Amazon in Austin, TX seeks an experienced Data Engineer for the AWS Partnerships data platform. You will own large portions of the data infrastructure and influence strategy by defining next-wave data products and system architecture.

Work includes ingestion from 30+ partner sources, building high-quality ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, and analytics for business insights. You will collaborate with business and technical teams to drive partner growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data engineering experience.
• 1+ years of developing and operating large-scale data structures for business intelligence analytics using ETL/ELT processes.
• 1+ years of developing and operating large-scale data structures for business intelligence analytics using OLAP technologies.
• 1+ years of developing and operating large-scale data structures for business intelligence analytics using data modeling experience.
• 1+ years of developing and operating large-scale data structures for business intelligence analytics using SQL experience.
• 1+ years of developing and operating large-scale data structures for business intelligence analytics using Oracle experience.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own large portions of the data infrastructure and influence data product strategy.
• Ingest data from 30+ partner program sources and optimize performance.
• Build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and reporting experiences.
