Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask multiple priorities.
• Advanced knowledge and experience in Excel required.
• Knowledge of analytical and BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
• Strong programming skills (Python, SQL, shell/bash) and expertise in data warehousing and ELT/ETL processes.
• Experience querying and maintaining relational databases (SQL Server, Postgres) and version control (GitHub).
• Knowledge of containerization technologies and cloud platforms (GCP).
• Cursory understanding of healthcare terminology (CPT, RVU, billing).
• 4 years of end-to-end analysis/operations experience in business planning initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Employee must adhere to STRG Policies and Procedures at all times.
• Gathers information for moderately complex processes, analyzes data and trends, and identifies root causes.
• Create and maintain the infrastructure for a centralized data store in a data warehouse; import data from various sources using ELT/ETL practices.
• Set up data pipelines to the data warehouse for reporting and business functions; ensure data integrity of sources.
• Provide support for enterprise reports using warehouse data including a data dictionary.
• Maintain a data normalization strategy and a semantic layer for KPIs and metrics.
• Assist with data mining and analytical capability to support decision making and corporate strategy.
• Maintain CI/CD practices for accurate and accessible business data.
