Job summary

Qualitate is building the AI-native primary research platform for investors and corporate strategy teams. As the first dedicated Data Engineer, you will own data pipelines feeding our AI moderator, turning thousands of expert conversations into structured, searchable insights.

You’ll enable clients to plug their own data into Qualitate and shape how data works across the system. You will design data models, build AI-powered enrichment pipelines, and own data quality end-to-end while

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills with ability to write complex, performant queries.
• Experience with either TypeScript or Python for automation and data pipelines.
• Experience building scalable data pipelines and integrations with external systems.
• Ability to design data models across relational and non-relational stores.
• Comfort with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data and multiple storage systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data pipelines ingesting unstructured and structured data.
• Design data models and systems across relational and non-relational stores.
• Build AI-powered enrichment pipelines to extract structured info from unstructured data.
• Own data quality end-to-end with automated QA checks and monitoring.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Research, Applied AI, and Engineering.
