Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support Defense & Security programs focused on AI and data modernization for federal financial management. You will design scalable data pipelines and interactive dashboards, collaborating with clients to meet reporting needs and achieve mission outcomes.

The role combines data engineering, cloud platforms, and public sector analytics, requiring a practical, hands-on contributor who drives measurable delivery and innovation.

Qualifications

• ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET security clearance
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant data/analytics engineering experience

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data pipelines and dashboards
• Collaborate with clients to define data architecture and reporting needs
• Lead ETL development in DataBricks and Palantir with Python, Spark, SQL
• Develop and operate AI/Data solutions in Databricks/Palantir
• Create dashboard integrations using Databricks, Qlik, and Power Platform
• Develop Tableau dashboards aligned with federal reporting standards
• Apply AI/ML tools to automate metadata extraction and dashboard scripting
