Job summary

Revel IT is building a new Columbus, Ohio engineering team for a UK-based technology consultancy. You will design and implement data pipelines, develop data products, and partner with clients to deliver reliable data solutions across banking, financial services, and defense sectors.

You will bring 3–6 years of data engineering experience, strong Python/SQL skills, and familiarity with Spark/Databricks, cloud platforms, Airflow, CI/CD, version control, and infrastructure as code.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or quantitative field with a minimum 3.3 GPA.
• 3–6 years of experience in data engineering or a related role.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Experience with Spark/Databricks, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Airflow, version control, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.

Responsibilities

• Design and build data pipelines to bring internal and external data into modern data platforms.
• Develop and test data products to keep pace with changing business requirements and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain systems for reliable, uninterrupted data access and ensure data quality and integrity.
• Work with clients and internal teams to make data more accessible and bring new analytics tools into the work.
