Job summary

Solace is seeking a Data Engineer to build scalable data pipelines and a trusted data platform that powers patient outcomes. You will own the data API built on FastAPI and help define frameworks, standards, and best practices for the engineering culture in a high-growth startup.

You will architect ingestion to modeling, drive data quality, and collaborate closely with analysts and product managers to deliver data products that enable data-driven decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong Python proficiency for data processing and automation.
• Deep SQL and Snowflake expertise with cost/performance optimization.
• Experience building and maintaining complex workflows with Airflow.

Responsibilities

• Architect robust data pipelines and scalable data infrastructure.
• Build and evolve cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) with Terraform.
• Ensure data reliability through observability and monitoring.
