Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Senior Data Engineer to deliver high-quality data solutions, collaborating with engineers, analysts, data scientists, and product teams in a fast-paced environment. You will design, integrate, and implement on-premises data solutions while supporting cloud migrations.

The role focuses on processing payer files into our Data Warehouse and strengthening data quality and performance. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in SQL/Relational DBMS, 2+ years in cloud data platforms

Qualifications

• 4+ years in SQL and relational DBMS
• 2+ years in Cloud Data Eng platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake)
• 2+ years on-prem data platforms (SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata)
• Programming in SQL, Python, PySpark for data warehousing
• Dimensional modeling and data warehousing experience
• Troubleshooting data issues and performance tuning
• Ownership mindset in fast-paced, collaborative environments
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
