TEKsystems seeks a Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data solutions, transforming operational and customer data into actionable insights. The role emphasizes enterprise-scale pipelines, cloud data platforms, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Ideal candidates will bring deep Splunk/Snowflake ETL expertise, experience delivering data from Splunk into warehouses, and proficiency with Spark and Kafka for large-scale distributed data applications.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Data Engineering experience.
• Deep experience with Splunk, including data handling and ETL to move data to warehouses.
• ETL/ELT development for cloud data warehouses (Snowflake).
• Experience with Data Lake technologies like Apache Iceberg.
• Optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and semantic processing for distributed data apps.

Responsibilities

• Architect, construct, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows.
• Manage and optimize data models in Data Lakes and cloud warehouses.
• Administer monitoring, log analytics, and troubleshooting of data infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data needs into scalable solutions.
