DMA Fort Wayne, IN seeks a Data Engineer to build and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehouses. You will collaborate with analysts, scientists, and product teams to ensure data quality and accessibility for decision‑making.

The role is hybrid with in‑office presence two days per week. A BS in a related field and 2–5 years of data engineering experience, strong SQL, ETL, and Microsoft data platform familiarity are expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field required.
• 2–5 years’ data engineering experience.
• Proficient in SQL and data pipelines.
• Experience with Microsoft data platform preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Mine data from sources and organize it for human or machine reading.
• Use statistical tools to identify trends for analytics.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve data organization and performance.
• Ensure data integrity, quality, and security across systems.
• Work with departments to govern data and identify opportunities.
