DMA-DuCharme, McMillen & Associates, Inc. and affiliates is seeking a Data Analyst to design and maintain data pipelines, ETL workflows, and data warehouses. You will ensure data is accessible, reliable, and optimized for decision-making, collaborating with data scientists and product teams.

The role supports a hybrid schedule in Fort Wayne, IN, with a focus on data governance, security, and scalable analytics. A bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years in data engineering are preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years in data engineering or related role.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and trends.
• Experience with SQL and data modeling concepts.
• Knowledge of data governance and quality.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Mine data from multiple sources and organize for analysis.
• Apply statistical tools to identify trends and insights.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve data systems and queries.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and governance across platforms.
• Work with business units to provide data-driven solutions.
• Document data architecture and processing standards.
• Support data scientists and analysts with data needs.
