Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2+ years' experience with software implementation and data management preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-changing environment.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage workload with minimal supervision.
• Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical team members.
• Strong SQL and Python foundations.
• Working knowledge of Looker and Power BI.
• Experience with cloud technologies (Google Cloud preferred).

Responsibilities

• Complete sprint assignments and estimate effort for end-to-end data integrations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend solutions.
• Participate in requirements gathering, story scoping, and timelines.
• Manage existing implementations and perform configuration changes.
• Collaborate with Developers and Product Owners to deliver scalable solutions.
• Support change management and training for new features.
