Qualifications

• 3–8 years of Data Engineering experience.
• Strong Python and SQL expertise.
• Experience building and supporting ETL/data pipelines.
• Hands-on with dbt and modern data transformation practices.
• Experience with Azure or other cloud-based data environments.
• Understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and platform architecture.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data pipelines that collect and process information from multiple sources.
• Design data models that enable reporting, analytics, and operational insights.
• Enhance a cloud-based data platform to improve performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Build solutions using Python, SQL, and dbt.
• Support and optimize Azure-based data infrastructure.
• Lead data engineering initiatives from design through deployment.
• Implement processes for data quality, monitoring, and operational excellence.
• Identify and drive improvements across existing data systems.
• Partner with analytics teams, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
• Help define platform architecture and long-term data strategy.
