Job summary

Guidehouse Inc. seeks a Data Engineer & Automation Developer to design and maintain automated, data-driven workflows and integrations, onsite in Arlington, VA. The role combines Python and Databricks data automation with Microsoft Power Platform solutions and API-based data cataloging.

You will build workflows, integrate data sources, and develop Power Apps while communicating findings to leadership and clients.

Qualifications

Active and maintained Secret level federal or DoD clearance.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Two years of relevant experience in data analysis, data science, data engineering, or data visualization.
Experience creating automated workflows using Python in Databricks to catalog data via APIs.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain automated, data-driven workflows and data cataloging APIs.
Ingest and transform data from multiple sources and file types using Python and Databricks.
Create and maintain authentication workbooks for connections from data sources to cataloging tools like Alation.
Develop Power Apps solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform.
Communicate technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including leadership.
Engage with clients to gather requirements and adapt solutions to mission needs.
