Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 4+ years of professional data engineering and integration experience.
• Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry and/or Army Vantage.
• Strong SQL and Python for data transformation and troubleshooting.
• Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines and data modeling.
• Foundry ontology, semantic data models, or enterprise data structures experience.
• Experience with PySpark, Spark, Pandas or equivalent tech.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot data pipelines and production data products.
• Ability to work independently within an Agile environment and communicate with nontechnical stakeholders.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance ATIS data products within Army Vantage/Palantir Foundry.
• Design, build, and sustain production-grade data pipelines using Python, SQL, PySpark, and Foundry capabilities.
• Develop and maintain Foundry ontology objects, relationships, and data models.
• Integrate ATIS data with Vantage/Foundry and other Army sources while maintaining data quality and access controls.
• Trace, diagnose, and resolve end-to-end data quality and integration issues across ATIS systems.
• Create Foundry-native dashboards, applications, reports, and data products for Army analytics.
• Implement data-quality validation, monitoring, scheduling, error handling, and related practices.
• Apply software/data-engineering practices including version control, peer review, testing, and CI/CD.
• Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and analysts to translate mission needs into practical technical solutions.
• Document solutions, share knowledge, and build team capability to sustain Foundry capabilities.
