Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 2+ years applied experience.
• Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools within the work environment with demonstrated ability to evaluate AI outputs.
• Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity considerations and secure handling.

Responsibilities

• Executes standard software solution design and development with limited guidance.
• Writes secure, high-quality code in at least one programming language.
• Leverages AI coding assist tools to improve code quality and productivity with peer review.
