Job summary

Agile Defense, LLC is seeking a Data Engineer for the CDAO Central program, on-site in Washington, D.C. The role focuses on designing and deploying AI-enabled data solutions, building data pipelines, and enabling data-driven decision support in secure environments.

The candidate should have 3+ years in data or software engineering, strong Python/SQL, and experience with Spark, Databricks, and ML frameworks. Clearances and DoD context are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Data Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of experience in data engineering or software engineering
• Experience with data visualization tools like Palantir MSS Workshop/Slate

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-enabled data solutions for DoD programs.
• Shape data pipelines, pre-processing workflows, and ML services in secure, containerized environments.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and mission stakeholders to transform data into insights and decision-support tools.
