Job summary

Dentsu is seeking a Data Engineer to design, develop, and optimize enterprise-scale data solutions across Adobe Experience Platform and modern cloud data environments. You will collaborate with architects, product teams, and clients to translate business needs into production-ready pipelines.

The role focuses on building AI-ready data foundations, identity resolution, and activation workflows, using SQL, Python, dbt, Airflow, and cloud tools, while ensuring governance and data quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of data engineering experience.
• Experience delivering client-facing data solutions and marketing technology implementations.
• Hands-on with production-grade data pipelines.
• Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time CDP.
• Deep SQL expertise with optimization and complex queries.
• Experience with Python, PySpark, Java or Scala.
• Knowledge of data integration, APIs, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data pipelines across Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP, cloud data warehouses, and activation channels
• Build and manage: XDM schemas, Real-Time Customer Profiles, Identity resolution frameworks, segmentation and activation strategies
• Develop scalable ingestion, transformation, and enrichment pipelines using SQL, Python, dbt, Airflow, APIs and cloud tools
• Integrate Adobe platforms with Journey Optimizer, Journey Analytics, Experience Manager, Target, and Mixed Modeler
• Ensure governance, consent management, and data quality across all solutions
• Partner with architects and stakeholders to deliver scalable, AI-ready customer data ecosystems
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices
